The cottage is fringed with trees by mixed woodland.
There is ample parking for two vehicles at the rear of the cottage.
Dogs are welcome and with a large sandy beach and a small woodland walk on the property there is plenty of space to walk your dog.
Washing machine and tuble drier in utility room.
Waterloo hosts a large range of birds and wildlife including, Brent Geese, Curlew Sand Piper,Oyster Catcher, Snipe, Heron, Mallard, turnstone, Spotted Redshank, Otters and many more- (check out local photographers website for full details-http://www.skye-birds.com/)

The cottage enjoys breathtaking sea views and is a
stones throw from the sandy beach.
A modern style kitchen which can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a small utility room adjoining the kitchen which has
washing machine and tumble drier.
This living room can be turned into a third bedroom if requested to take the sleeping
numbers to a possible 6 people.
Double bedroom with chest of drawers and shelving. Enjoys lovely views of the beach and plenty natural light.
This is another double bedroom with a small wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also enjoys seas views and plenty natural light.
